At the start-up phase of each new project, a team of production specialists is assembled and led by a MedTech project engineer. The team is comprised of all the disciplines necessary to produce the device from design through delivery. Together they examine each step in the manufacturing process to determine areas where problems may arise that might impact quality, proper functioning of the product or delivery schedules. If there is any indication of possible problems, steps are taken to adjust the process before production begins. Team members continuously monitor the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running production and enabling even the most stringent delivery schedules to be met.
